Added sidebar file system for easier file
loading. Flattened many controls for aesthetic
pleasure. Added auto-backup feature. Added
auto-save on major changes feature. Added
load/append questions feature. Made "About 
& License" button flash three times to alert 
users to the license agreement. Improved the
about box so it now looks nice. Made the icon
look very Win32 - 256 colours. Nice.

Release 0.12 [2001/03/05]: RELEASE REMOVED
Removed the "Index" textbox and included question
index values as part of the question count textbox,
eg. Question 5/30. Added "Search" function for
fast searching through questions. Added more
automation where required in adding questions for
more efficient manual adding of questions. Changed
the icon to make it look slightly less Win3.1.
