- 1.1 History

We don't have a big history since now. Ionix was born at the beginning of April 2002 and is,
since now, not a real comunity. We need more members for that. Since now, we have one coder,
that's me (Alpha-]x[) and four Scripter: kil, strlen, Hardw1re and me.

Well, this all might sound a bit unprofessional for you, and you think, you'd never join a
comunity like that. Then you didn't read 1.2 Our Targets since now. Please do that :).

- 1.2 Our Targets

      We have two targets.

      1) Target, for the people joining us
These days, many people, even some in the age of 14, start learning
mIRC-Scripting, TCL and even C. These and older peoples, give up
very shortly though. They learn for max. half a year, after that,
they don't do anything with what they've learned anymore. And don't
improve their knowledge. Our Comunity starts projects on which newbies,
advanced and even leet peoples code on.
Everyone helps each other. That way, the newbies can improve they're
knowledge very fast, and even the leet people can still learn.

      2) Target, for people outside the Comunity

Many people need programs/scripts, which aren't coded/scripted yet.
Many, don't do, what the user wants, or don't do it exactly.

Well, we have a "In-Need anouncement" list to which all coders and
scripters have access to. That means, in no way, that we code everything
what is requested. But, the guys from our comunity look on that list, and
if they find something interesting, they can start scripting/coding it.
If someone else would like to code it too, they can start it as a project,
and then, even more people can join. At the moment we definetly don't have
enough Members for that, but if we get enough, our comunity probably
could be a well-known stopping for people in need of a good script or pro-
			gram.

- 3.1 Note

Don't think, that we're only scripting/coding things which are in the Project list.
Everyone is scripting on own files aswell, which anyhow, are hosted by Ionix. Every
program anyone codes, is automatically part of Ionix.

Most 'Very short descriptions' are so poor, that it doesn't really say, what a program
does. For more information on a Script or program, come to IRC or wait till we have
	coded some 'Web-Interface' for that.

- 4.1 Joining as Coder

Joining us requires almost nothing. We have some rules, the one joining us has to agree.
We always have two levels. Coder, and Official Coder. You can read about all that on our
website as soon as possible. Just contact us on IRC or via E-Mail.

- 4.2 Joining as Scripter

Same as above. Contact us on IRC or via E-Mail.

- 5.1 If you want to join

	There are four Steps:
		1) Send us a E-Mail, with general Information about you:
			a) Name
			b) Country
			c) Scripter or Coder or both
			d) What you think, what your Skill-Level is.
One of: Leet, Advanced and Newbie.
			e) How you know about us

		2) Send us a Script or a Program made by you.
			a) It doesn't need to be something special.
			b) You can include a text, with a description of the Script/Program.

		3) Join us on IRC
			a) You can join us on IRC-Server or on any Relay-Channel.
			b) We need the E-Mail, no way to go arround that by coming to IRC

		4) If we aproved you, you should be on IRC not only once a week.
			a) We're a comunity. Someone in a comunity without beeing there
			   isn't really a Member.
