Undernet IRC changed, and so changed the usermodes. Now the default +s
does not show G-Lines. You can add a mask to it tho. Here is how it works:

Show server kills: 2
Show oper kills: 4
Show Uworld actions: 256
Show G-Lines: 512
Show netsplits: 1024

To use this, just make the #define UMODES "+s <mask>"
You can use multiple masks by adding them: UMODES "+s 1540"
4 + 512 + 1024 = 1540
